TIPS TO REMOVE WHITE HEADS

Getting rid of whiteheads on face, nose and chin at home

The best effective way to get rid of whiteheads naturally is to learn and follow good skin care practices to prevent whiteheads. And even if whiteheads appear on your skin, do not worry; you can remove whiteheads successfully by following the “How to Get Rid of Whiteheads Fast Home Remedies” tips outlined below:

1. How to prevent whiteheads:

The most effective way to control whiteheads is to prevent whiteheads from occurring. Following are the preventive measures:

2. Wash your hands before you touch your face:

Do not touch your whiteheads / blackheads / acne. Dirt / Bacteria / Germs on your unwashed hands can aggravate your whiteheads problem. If you must touch your face then wash your hands first thoroughly with antibacterial soap.

3. Keep your face clean:

Wash your face twice daily, in the morning and at night, with a cleanser to keep your face clean and thus minimizing the chances of oil and dirt building up in your pores. Pat your face to dry, do not rub. Choose a cleanser that has alpha hydroxyl acids or salicylic acid to unclog your pores to ensure that you are less likely to have whiteheads, blackheads and acne (For Acne Read Home Remedies For Acne).

4. Exfoliating / Scrubbing:

Exfoliate at least once a week. Exfoliating is simply a gentle scrubbing of your skin. Use a facial scrub according to your skin. Exfoliating is a must to get rid of whiteheads, as it helps in removing dead skin cells that clog your pores. To exfoliate your skin more effectively, it is recommended you steam your face before exfoliating to open up your pores. For this follow following steps:

(i) Boil water in a small pan or pot. When the water is boiling, take it off the stove and place it down carefully.

(ii) Sit down on a chair. Place the pan of hot water near your feet. Place a towel over your head, lean over the pan to allow the steam come up to your face. Let it steam for 5-10 minutes. Steaming your face lead to opening up of your pores wider, making it easier for your scrub to clean.

(iii) After exfoliating, rinse your skin / face thoroughly with clean water, use a skin toner to close your pores. Alternatively, wrap cotton cloth around an ice cube and run it over your face to close your pores.

(iv) An alternative to steaming your face is to dip a towel in warm water, squeeze dry, and apply to your face. Repeat it for a few times to make all your face warmed up and let your pores opened up.

(v) If you do not want to use an exfoliating product from the market, you can use oatmeal and curd mix as an effective natural exfoliant.

5. Moisturize:

Washing and exfoliating are good to keep your face silky and supple. But both can leave your skin dry. Apply moisturizer on your face so that your skin keeps the moisture and does not dry. Dry skin is also susceptible to whiteheads. Applying moisturizer on your face is good irrespective of whatever type of skin you have. We recommend an oil-free moisturizer with salicylic acid.

6. Mask:

You can use a clay mask. It is helpful in removing most dead skin cells. Alternatively, you can use home-made thick paste of baking soda and water. Apply it over your face, let it dry and thereafter wash your face thoroughly with water.

7. Remove makeup every night:

Makeup clogs your pores and contributes to occurrence of whiteheads / blackheads . Remove makeup with a good cleansing milk or baby oil and wash your face every night before you sleep to let your face skin breathe.

8. Remove whiteheads manually:

We do not recommend you to remove whiteheads manually; as it can lead to infection and scarring. But if you want to do it follow these steps with care:

(i) Wash your hands with antiseptic soap.

(ii) To remove whiteheads, first you need to open your skin pores. For this wash your face and follow the same directions for steaming your face as mentioned above.

(iii) Before using extractor sanitize it with alcohol, especially the tip that you will use to extract your whiteheads. Position the extractor on the targeted whitehead, squeeze gently until the sebum / whitehead is extracted completely. If the whitehead does not come out easily, do not force it, as it can cause scarring and infection.

(iv) Wash your hands and message your face with ice cubes. This will act as a natural toner and helps prevent infection.

9. Medication:

If after following above skin care tips about how to get rid of whiteheads naturally, you still get them, try Benzoyl peroxide. It effectively kills bacteria and absorbs oil. If you are using it for the first time, try a small quantity first on the affected area. Leave it to dry for 5-10 minutes before moisturizing.  It can cause itching and redness on the first few tries. If the whiteheads do not go away, it means you are allergic to it. In such a case, you visit your dermatologist to check about alternative medication to remove your whiteheads.

10. Alpha hydroxyl acids, salicylic acid, or benzoyl peroxide:

Use facial products and cleansers with alpha hydroxyl acids, salicylic acid, or benzoyl peroxide for getting rid of whiteheads.

11. Use water based products instead of oil-based products:

When choosing your cleansers, moisturizers, makeup and other beauty products do not use oil-based beauty products. They aggravate your acne / whiteheads / blackheads / pimples problems, as they result into oil-buildup. Instead of oil-based, use water based products to remove whiteheads.

12. Natural Beauty Tip:

Try to avoid too much of makeup, where ever you can. Makeup tends to clog your pores, which is the main cause of whiteheads and acne.

HOW TO REDUCE PIMPLE

How to Get Rid of Pimples Fast

Pimples are a normal skin condition that affect many people. Pimples are an inflammation of the skin in which the sebaceous glands (oil glands) become infected with bacteria, swell up, and fill with pus.

Excess sebum secretion by the oil glands is the primary cause behind this problem. Pimples generally occur on the face, neck, back and shoulders. Though not a critical condition, pimples can make a person feel miserable due to their appearance.

There are a lot of lotions and medicines on the market to treat pimples but they can take time. Many natural methods are effective in treating pimples within a very short time period.

1. Ice

Ice can be used to quickly reduce the redness, swelling and inflammation of pimples. It helps in improving blood circulation to the affected area, and in tightening the skin pores and removing dirt and oil accumulated on the skin. You can use ice cubes or crushed ice, whichever is convenient.

Wrap the ice in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected skin area for a few seconds.
Wait a few minutes and repeat the process.

2. Lemon

Another quick way to get rid of pimples is the use of lemon juice, which is rich in vitamin C. Lemon juice helps pimples dry up faster. Be sure to use fresh lemon juice and not bottled juice, which has preservatives. There are a couple of ways to apply this remedy.

Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it to the pimples before going to bed.
You can also mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water. However, this particular remedy is not suitable for those with sensitive skin.

3. Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems.

Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads.

Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes.
Another option is to mix a few drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Apply it on your pimples and blemishes, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off.
Note: Steer clear of tea tree oil if you have sensitive skin.

4. Toothpaste

The toothpaste that you use every morning to clean your teeth also can be used to treat pimples quickly. It is most effective when used following the ice remedy. You must use white toothpaste; avoid using gel toothpaste.

pimple home remedy

Apply some white toothpaste over the affected skin area before going to bed.
In the morning, wash your face with water and you will see a significant improvement in the swelling.
If you wish, you can repeat the process in the daytime also. Just make sure the toothpaste remains on the pimples for at least half an hour.

5. Steam

Steaming is wonderful for your skin at any time, but particularly when you have pimples. The steam will open your pores and allow your skin to breathe. This helps get rid of oils, dirt and bacteria trapped in the pores that can cause infection or inflammation.

Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for a few minutes.
Rinse your face with lukewarm water and, after drying, apply an oil-free moisturizer.

6. Garlic

Garlic is an antiviral, anti fungal, antiseptic and antioxidant agent that can help in the fast treatment of pimples. The sulfur in garlic also promotes quick healing of pimples.

Cut a fresh garlic clove into two pieces.
Rub the garlic on the pimples and leave it for five minutes before washing the skin with lukewarm water.
Repeat the treatment several times a day.
Eating one raw garlic clove daily can also help purify your blood. But do not to eat too much raw garlic as it can upset the stomach.

Do’s:

1) Rubbing the inside fibrous part of the peel, of a ripe banana, makes your teeth sparkle.

2) Juice of half a lemon when rubbed firmly but gently on the teeth removes yellow stains and tartar.

3) Half a teaspoon of baking soda to which a pinch of salt is added and rubbed on the teeth with a fingertip shows excellent results.

4) Strawberries are very good for whitening teeth. They can be rubbed on the teeth in pureed form or cut into halves and used.

5) For quick results dip your toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide and then gently brush the teeth.

6)Table salt may be used to rub stains off the teeth. Use fingertips for best results.

7) Use the inside of an orange peel to rub the teeth for good results.

8)Munching on crunchy fruits and vegetables like apples, carrots, cucumber, celery and parsley help in removing stains on teeth.

Don’ts:

1)Fizzy drinks peel away the tooth enamel due to the acids in them and make the teeth weak and yellowish.

2)Drugs like cocaine, ecstasy, etc, are not only bad for health but also have a telling affect on the teeth as they restrict blood flow to the gums and cause extensive gum damage.

3) Smoking is also a major don’t for dental health as well as for general health. Nicotine leaves a residue on teeth causing yellowish stains on them.

FOOT CARE

How to Do a Pedicure

Whether you need to soften up your callused feet or you are looking for a day of pampering, giving yourself a pedicure is the perfect solution. With a bit of time and a little effort, you'll have silky feet and perfectly polished tootsies that will leave everyone envious

Steps

1)Pick up your supplies. For a good quality pedicure, you’ll need some basic toe-tampering supplies. Grab a tub and water for soaking, nail clippers, a nail file, a cuticle stick/orange stick, a nail buffer, a pumice stone or scrubbing brush, a clear top and base coat, and a polish color of choice. Optional additional supplies include bath salts for soaking your feet, cuticle trimmers, cuticle oil, and lotion for a massage afterwards.

2)Remove any pre-existing nail polish. Although it may seem obvious, taking off your old nail polish is an important first step to giving yourself a pedicure. It’ll be hard to add a new color over the top of an old one! Use an acetone remover, making sure to get the bits along your cuticles as well

3)Start your soak. Fill a tub or basin with hot water, and if you’d like, a bit of bath salts or oils. Now it’s time to sit back and relax! Let your feet soak for 10 minutes; the hot water will soften tough calluses and remove the dirt and grime that might have built up. It will also help to soften your nails and cuticles, which is critical when you’re prepping to paint your toes.

4)Cut and file your nails. Start by trimming your nails down to size; use a pair of nail clippers to cut your toenails to be just short enough to see a bit of white at the tips. The #*shape of the nail should be slightly squared, following the natural topline of your toes. Use your nail file to buff down the sharp edges of nail the clippers might have left, and to do any further shaping you would like.
Avoid cutting your nails in a rounded shape, as this can promote ingrown toenails.
If you’re able, try filing your nails in the same direction to avoid splitting the layers and damaging your nails.

5)Prepare your cuticles. Although this step is optional, it can go a long way in making your toes better prepared for painting. Use your orange stick/cuticle stick to gently push back the cuticle around each nail. If you have cuticle trimmers, gently cut away the excess cuticle skin that builds up over time. Rub on a little cuticle oil when you’re finished to supplement the sensitive skin with a bit of added moisture.

6)Smooth out the tops of your nails. Use your buffing pad to file down the ridges and rough edges on the tops of your nails. Pay particular attention to the edges that you’ve just trimmed or filed, as this area typically needs to be beveled a bit to create a level plane, so to speak. Use your buffing pad in the same direction and tilt the angle of it to reach the entirety of each toenail.

7)Clean up and soften your skin. Now it’s time to move onto your actual feet. Use your pumice stone to scrub down the calluses on the heel and ball of your foot. You can scrub pretty roughly in these areas, because the skin is often very thick and dulled to pain. When you’ve removed any dried skin or calluses, you can use a scrubbing brush to clean up your entire foot. Use the brush between your toes and all over the bridge of your foot, adding soap if you’d like a bit of an extra clean.
Be sure to rinse off your feet with a bit of water after scrubbing.
Avoid using a ‘cheese grater’ type tool on your calluses, as these have proven to be dangerous and can cause fungal infections.
to be dangerous and can cause fungal infections.

8)Finish preparing for polish. Remove your feet from the soaking tub completely and empty it out. Dry your feet off, and if you’d like, massage on a layer of lotion into your skin. If you choose to do this, use a bit of nail polish remover to clean up your nails again (the lotion can keep polish from sticking).

9)Add your base coat. Use a clear nail polish as a protective base coat on all your toenails. This will prevent your nail polish from yellowing your toenails, as well as give your lacquer a solid base to stick to.

10)Apply your color of choice. Select a nail polish color, and paint each of your toenails. Start in the center of the nail near the cuticle, and use long brushstrokes towards the tip of each nail to fill in the color. Work from the center outwards until all your nails are filled in, using a fingernail or the edge of an orange stick to wipe off any polish that might have mistakenly gotten on your skin. You may need to add two coats of polish in order to get an opaque layer of color.

11)Finish your nails. Wait a few minutes for your polish to begin to dry, and add a clear top coat. This will set your polish in place, and help it to last longer without chipping. Then, protect your feet for 10-15 minutes while the polish completely dries. Test the polish with your finger to see if it is still tacky; when it is totally smooth to the touch and doesn’t smear under pressure, you’re finished! Go show off your cute new toes, and relish your soft new feet.

NAIL CARE

STEPS TO A SALON-QUALITY MANICURE AT HOME

There's something elegant about a perfectly polished set of nails, but at 1500 rupees a pop, you can end up spending a "whole lotta dough" on salon manicures over the course of a year ... and that's not even including tips! If you've messed up do-it-yourself manicures in the past, don't despair. Our 10 easy steps can help you get salon-quality, beautiful hands at home for a fraction of the cost.

The Perfect Manicure, Step-by-Step

Gather the essentials. Be sure to have the following tools and products ready to go:

1)Nail-polish remover and cotton swabs or pads.

2)Nail clippers, if your nails need a trim before you polish.

3)Emery board and nail buffer.

4)Cuticle pusher and nippers.

5)Callous/cuticle remover.

6)Hand/nail moisturizer.

7)Base coat.

8)Nail polish.

9)Clear topcoat.

Step 1:

Remove any previously applied nail polish. An acetone-based nail-polish remover is a bit more harsh than non-acetone removers, but the acetone removers get the job done faster, and no matter what kind of polish remover you use, it's going to have a drying effect on the nail area and cuticles. It is crucial that you minimize contact with any nail-polish remover for the well-being of your nails and cuticles (i.e., don't soak your nails in it unless you are removing a gel-based polish).

Step 2:

Shape nails. Clip the nails, if necessary, after soaking for just a few seconds to prevent the nail from splintering when it is dry, then gently file them into shape. A slightly rounded nail shape or square-rounded edge is generally the best way to go.

Avoid metal or extremely coarse nail files to prevent splintering—opt for a gently abrasive emery board or crystal nail file instead. Smooth the tops and sides of the nails with a slightly abrasive buffer to ensure an even surface, but don't forget, if you buff the nails too smooth, the polish won't adhere as well and can literally slip right off. Consider nail buffers from Revlon, Tweezerman, and Ulta.

Step 3:

Soak away. Ahh … the relaxing part. Place your hands in a bowl of warm (not too hot) water and add a bit of your gentle face cleanser to the water. Avoid putting detergent or soapy cleansers in the water because they can be drying and make your cuticles look worse. Soaking the cuticle before trimming is crucial, but over-soaking actually damages skin and nails, so keep it to three minutes or less.

Step 4:

Apply callous/cuticle remover. When cutting away the thickened skin around the nail, applying a bit of cuticle remover can make all the difference in the world. By far the best and the least expensive one out there is Be Natural Cuticle Eliminator. Despite the name, it's powerful stuff, so don't let it sit on the cuticle area for more than a few seconds.

Step 5:

Remove excess cuticle and callouses around the nail. Very gently push the cuticle back away from the nail with a cuticle pushing tool, but don't push it too far because it can damage nail growth or fray the cuticles. Be careful NOT to pull, lift, tear, rip, force, or cut into the cuticle in any way. Do NOT clip into the cuticle; merely nip off the free edge with a pair of metal cuticle nippers. It's better to under-do this step than to overdo it because the cuticle helps protect the nail bed from bacteria and damage. This is also the time to remove hangnails around the sides of the nail as well, but again, be careful not to cut into the nail itself or to cut into the skin too deeply; otherwise, you will look like you were tuning up your car, not giving yourself a manicure.

Step 6:

Moisturize. Massage a rich cream or silky oil into the cuticles and all over the hands to hydrate and replenish skin. Try Paula's Choice Cuticle & Nail Treatment for a spa-like finish—your nails, cuticles, and hands will love it!

Step 7:

Prep for polish. Moisturizing ingredients of any kind left on the nail will prevent polish from adhering properly. Using a cotton swab or pad, apply nail-polish remover over the nail's surface to remove any residue. While it helps to avoid getting remover on the cuticle because you want to keep that area moisturized, don't worry if you do because you're going to apply moisturizer on your nails again once the polish is dry.

Step 8:

Paint nails in layers. If you have weak or brittle nails, use a base coat of ridge-filling nail polish to shore up the nail. A base coat also protects nails from staining and prevents chipping. Next, apply your color polish in layers, allowing each layer to dry between coats. Two coats of color polish, followed by a top coat to add shine and luster should do the trick. Use a lighter shade of polish if you're a novice at painting nails; any mistakes will be less noticeable!

Touch up your manicure every couple days with a single layer of top coat. This can make all the difference in keeping up the appearance and durability.

Clean up any mistakes—and Voilá! You're almost done. It takes time for nails to fully dry, so you must be patient. A fan helps, but do not use heat or the polish will chip and peel. Also, do not put your nails too close to the fan or you can get bubbles in your polish.

Step 9:

Reapply moisturizer and during the day reapply sunscreen! Keeping your hands and the nail area healthy requires moisturizer and sunscreen. You can't have great nails and hands without these two essential items.

You can definitely get a brilliant manicure doing it yourself, if you have the right tools lined up and you use the right techniques. Of course, there's nothing wrong with getting a professional manicure for special occasions or just to be pampered, but knowing how to do it yourself can save you a lot of time and money! HAIR CARE

Home Remedies for Hair Loss

There is nothing more attractive than a thick head of hair that glimmers with natural health. But hair loss is a problem that many people suffer from. There can be several factors behind hair loss such as environmental effects, aging, too much stress, excessive smoking, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, genetic factors, scalp infections, use of wrong or chemically enriched hair products, certain medicines and medical conditions like thyroid disorder, autoimmune diseases, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), iron-deficiency anemia, and chronic illnesses.
There are about 100,000 strands of hair on your scalp and it is considered very normal to lose 50 to 100 strands a day. But when you start losing more than that, it’s time for you to take some action so it doesn’t progress to baldness or bald spots. Many readily available ingredients can be used to treat hair loss at home.

Here are the top 10 home remedies for hair loss.

1. Hair Oil Massage

The first step that you can take to reduce hair loss is to massage your scalp with appropriate hair oil. Proper hair and scalp massage will increase blood flow to the hair follicles, condition the scalp, and enhance the strength of your hair’s roots. It will also promote relaxation and reduce feelings of stress.

You can use hair oils like coconut or almond oil, olive oil, castor oil, amla oil, or others. Add a few drops of rosemary essential oil to the base oil for better and faster results. Other types of oil that you can use are emu oil, argan oil, and wheat germ oil.

Massage any of the hair oils mentioned above onto your hair and scalp by applying light pressure with your fingertips.
Do this at least once a week.

2. Indian Gooseberry

For natural and fast hair growth, you can use Indian gooseberry, also known as amla. Indian gooseberry is rich in vitamin C, of which a deficiency in the body can cause hair loss.

The anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, and the exfoliating properties present in Indian gooseberry can help maintain a healthy scalp and promote hair growth.
Mix one tablespoon each of Indian gooseberry or amla pulp and lemon juice.
Massage your scalp with the mixture thoroughly. Cover your hair with a shower cap.
Leave it on overnight and shampoo your hair in the morning.

3. Fenugreek

Fenugreek, also known as methi, is highly effective in treating hair loss. Fenugreek seeds contain hormone antecedents that enhance hair growth and help rebuild hair follicles. They also contain proteins and nicotinic acid that stimulate hair growth.

Soak one cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
In the morning, grind them to make a paste.
Apply the paste to your hair and cover with a shower cap. After about 40 minutes, rinse your hair.
Follow this remedy every morning for a month.

4. Onion Juice

Onion juice helps treat hair loss due to its high sulfur content, which helps improve blood circulation to the hair follicles, regenerate hair follicles and reduce inflammation.

The antibacterial properties in onion juice also help kill germs and parasites, and treat scalp infections that can cause hair loss.

In a 2002 study published in the Journal of Dermatology, almost 74 percent of the study participants who applied onion juice on the scalp experienced significant hair regrowth.

Extract the juice of one onion by grating it and then strain it. Apply the juice directly onto the scalp. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, and then wash it off. Finally, shampoo your hair.
Mix together three tablespoons of onion juice and two tablespoons of aloe vera gel. You can also add one tablespoon of olive oil. Apply this mixture onto your scalp and leave it on for at least 30 minutes before rinsing it off and shampooing your hair.
Repeat either of these remedies two or three times a week for several weeks.

5. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera contains enzymes that directly promote healthy hair growth. Also, its alkalizing properties can help bring the scalp and hair’s pH to a more desirable level, which can greatly promote hair growth.

Regular use can also relieve scalp itching, reduce scalp redness and inflammation, add strength and luster to hair, and alleviate dandruff. Both aloe vera gel and juice will work.

Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp.
Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
Repeat the process three to four times a week.
You can also consume one tablespoon of aloe vera juice daily on an empty stomach to enjoy better hair growth.

6. Licorice Root

Licorice root is another herb that prevents hair loss and further damage to the hair. The mollifying properties of licorice roots open the pores, soothe the scalp and help get rid of irritations like dry flakes. This remedy is good for dandruff, hair loss and baldness.

Add one tablespoon of ground licorice root to one cup milk with a quarter teaspoon saffron. Mix it thoroughly.
Apply the paste on bald patches at bedtime and leave it on overnight.
In the morning, wash your hair.
Follow this remedy once or twice a week.
You can also take licorice internally in the form of licorice tea three times a day.

7. Chinese Hibiscus

The Chinese hibiscus flower has many natural properties that can help in treating hair loss. In addition to promoting hair growth, this flower can also be used to cure dandruff, prevent split ends, thicken hair and prevent premature graying. To treat hair loss:

Add 10 Chinese Hibiscus flowers to two cups of coconut oil.
Heat the solution until charred. Strain it to collect the oil.
Apply the oil on your hair before going to bed. Wash your hair in the morning.
Repeat this a few times a week.
You can also make tea with this flower and use it as a rinse for your hair to encourage proper growth.

8. Beetroot

Beetroot juice contains carbohydrates, protein, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and vitamins B and C. All these nutrients are essential for healthy hair growth.

Include fresh beetroot juice in your diet. In addition to that, spinach juice, alfalfa juice, lettuce juice, or carrot juice will help keep your hair healthy.
Alternatively, grind a few beetroot leaves (boiled in water) along with henna and apply the paste on your scalp. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing it out. Repeat several times a week.

9. Flax seeds

Flax seeds are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids that can prevent further hair loss and encourage hair growth.

To manage hair loss, consume one tablespoon of freshly ground flaxseeds with a glass of water daily in the morning. You can also add flaxseeds to your salads, soups, smoothies, and other dishes.
You can also simply take flax seed oil, or apply it onto your hair. When used as hair oil, flax seed oil can help prevent hair loss as well as strengthen your hair.

10. Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is rich in protein and essential fats that promote hair growth and prevent hair loss. When applied to the hair, coconut milk provides quick results.

You can make fresh coconut milk at home by adding a freshly grated coconut to a pan of water.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then strain it.
Once cool, apply the milk thoroughly onto the scalp and into your hair. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and then shampoo your hair.
To make the treatment more effective, you can mix black pepper and powdered fenugreek seeds to the coconut milk before using it.

To solve your problem of hair loss, try some of these natural remedies. Also, following a proper diet will keep your hair healthy. So, eat green vegetables and fresh fruits as much as possible.
